About
Samantha Bowers
My life revolves around my work and my dogs.
My work being K9 account manager for Australia and New Zealand, and my dogs being Bella, a 7 year old German Shepherd, Onyx, a 1 year old Swedish Vallhund, and Inka, a 11 month old Rottweiler.
I am passionate about dog nutrition, and raising awareness of raw feeding and its benefits. I have been a dog enthusiast since I was young, and I am very lucky to have a job working with them.
My dog career began growing up with police dogs, and once I was 14 I was given a dog that was entirely my own, we dabbled in a bit of obedience, agility and flyball, but decided that walks down the river, and on our farm were for us.
My interest in social media has allowed me to become a regular poster in our blog, and I hope you all enjoy reading as much as I enjoy writing.

‘If dogs could talk, it would take a lot of the fun out of owning one’ – Andy Rooney
While I enjoy travelling around the world attending pet expos, conferences and dog shows, I love coming home to Christchurch, New Zealand where my dogs are always happy to see me.
Shane Bartlett
My name is Shane Bartlett and I work in sales at K9 Natural. I have been here since November 2009 and it is all the result of my Border Collie, Enzo and my search to find the best food I could possibly feed him. It led me to K9 Natural. He now has the best food in the world and I have the best job in the world.
My role began as national sales manager and shortly after I took on the role of international sales manager, working closely with Geoff Bowers, the founder, to bring K9 Natural to the world’s dogs. I am very passionate about what I do and extremely proud to be part of such a wonderful team of people delivering such a quality food.

Enzo the soccer champ
Ever since I can remember I have wanted my own dogs, but more importantly I wanted to make sure I had the right environment for them first. Who would have thought that this would take me over 30 years! I spent many years living away from New Zealand and now that I am back and living near the beach I thought it was time to finally get my own dogs. This decision was the beginning of what I consider to be one of the best periods of my life.
