Shipping & Returns

Our online store is now open for shipping to New Zealand and the United States. If shipping to Australia, please visit our Australian website here. For shipping options outside of these countries, please visit our Find a Retailer page.


Shipping Services

Within New Zealand, all our packages are delivered on a courier service by Post Haste. A signature will be required upon delivery unless you have indicated an Authority to Leave within the delivery instructions when ordering. Currently, Post Haste is experiencing delays with their delivery service in multiple locations across New Zealand due to recent weather impacts. Please refer to the Post Haste website for delivery time estimates for your area here.

Within the United States, our packages are delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx or Ontrac. Overnight, Two Day, Priority and Ground services are offered at checkout.


Shipping Rates

New Zealand

Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders over NZD $79.

Standard Shipping is $7.50 on orders below NZD $79.

Delivery to a rural address is an additional NZD $17.50.

Saturday delivery is available for urban addresses only.

United States

Free Ground Shipping is offered on orders over USD $49.

Ground, Two Day, Priority & Overnight rates are calculated at checkout.


Order Processing

All orders placed before 12pm NZST / PST are packaged and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. 

Due to our processing times, once you have submitted your order, we are unable to change the items in your order. If you need to make a change to your delivery address, please contact us as soon as you can. Please note amendments to delivery addresses are not always possible.


Order Tracking

 After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your delivery and tracking information. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for your delivery after you have received your dispatch notification.



We offer a 100% palatability guarantee on all our products. This means if ever you or your pet are not completely satisfied with a product, please contact us to request a refund or an exchange.
