K9 Natural is proud to be the official sponsor of the Wānaka A&P Show Jack Russell Race. Run over two days and set on picturesque Showgrounds overlooking Lake Wānaka, the show includes traditional features such as equestrian and livestock events, home industry displays, wool classing, wood chopping, shearing, 500-plus trade stalls from around the country, and the renowned Jack Russell Race.

The world-famous Jack Russell Race has been a drawcard of the Wānaka A&P Show since 1998 and is an event not to be missed. Open to all Jack Russell breeds, more than 100 energetic terriers line up at the start line, then run a lap of the arena. Months of intense training are not required for the Jack Russell Race – once the entrants are lined up in the arena, the naturally adventurous terriers are ready to race.
